I spent my career working within Premiership rugby academies — at Harlequins, Saracens, London Irish and London Scottish — developing athletes who were trying to become professionals.
What that environment teaches you, above everything else, is that performance is structural. The athletes who make it are not always the most gifted. They are the most consistent. They have systems, habits and environments that compound over time.
That insight is the foundation of everything AMPUK does.
