Using the information gathered during the assessment process, we provide a clear training framework designed to fit around the realities of your life. Training, recovery and performance habits are organised into a simple system that removes guesswork and creates consistency.

With a clear plan in place, the focus shifts towards execution.
Delivered through TrainHeroic, your programme provides the structure, accountability and progression needed to build momentum over time. Through ongoing support and performance guidance, you’ll develop the habits, physical capacity and confidence required to perform consistently in both training and everyday life.

COMMON QUESTIONS-
Not necessarily. Foundations can be adapted around your available equipment. The consultation at the start of the programme establishes what you have access to and the programme is built accordingly.

Three to five hours per week depending on the phase. The programme is designed to fit around a professional schedule, not replace it.

The final week includes a progress review and a clear plan for what comes next. Many clients continue with an ongoing performance programme. There is no obligation.
